Easy Marinated Texas Style Beef Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Allegro Marinade Original
  • 2 lb Boneless beef Texas style ribs
  • 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Pour marinade over beef in a gallon-sized seal-able plastic bag. Seal and turn bag to coat.
  2. Refrigerate 6-8 hours.
  3. Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash, or heat gas grill on high 10 minutes with lid closed.
  4. Grill beef 4 inches above medium coals at 375°F and 6-8 minutes per side.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
