Unsaved Easy Low Carb Conscious Brownie

Ingredients

  • 10.6 oz Low carb chocolate cake mix, dry
  • 3 Large Eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz Salted butter, melted, or ghee
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick spray then set aside.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Transfer to prepared baking dish and bake 20 minutes.
  4. Cool completely before cutting into 16 squares.
  5. Chef's Note: Dust with Swerve Confectioners Sugar.
