Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz Stir fry cooking sauce
  • 1 1/8 lb Ground chicken breast 97% lean
  • 9 oz Fresh organic broccoli slaw
  • 12 oz Better crunch lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat a small amount of canola oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, breaking up with a spatula, until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Add broccoli slaw, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring to combine. Stir in cooking sauce and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lettuce leaves.
