Easy Italian Crab Tomato Bisque

Ingredients

  • 4 Crab legs
  • 2 cups Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Dry sherry cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
  • 24 fl oz Marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut a large slit down each crab leg; remove meat, cut into bite-sized chunks and set aside.
  2. Place stock, heavy cream and sherry in a large pot, and bring to a simmer over medium heat; add fresh basil, marinara and crab, then simmer 8-10 minutes to heat through.
