Easy Home Made Italian Meatballs

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Dried basil leaves, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano, dried
  • 4 Peeled garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 6 Unsalted Crackers, finely crushed
  • 1 Large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil (shiny side down).
  3. Combine ground beef with seasonings, crackers and egg in a large bowl until evenly mixed.
  4. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls using 2 tablespoons beef mixture per meatball.
  5. Place meatballs on baking sheet allowing 1-inch space in between for even cooking.
  6. Bake 20 minutes in oven on center rack.
  7. Meatballs will brown and will not need to be turned.
