Ingredients
- 1 Frozen avocado chunks
- 2 tsp Lime, juice
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/3 cup Pico de gallo, mild
Instructions
- In a food processor or large blender place frozen avocado chunks, lime juice, and salt. Pulse to chop up avocado into pea size pieces. Scrape down sides to ensure all avocado is blended.
- Remove avocado from food processor/blender and fold in pico de gallo until combined. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
