Easy Green Peppercorn Au Jus

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Shallot, minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz Green Peppercorn Sauce
  • 1 cup Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Italian parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add oil and shallots and cook 2 minutes or until shallots are translucent.
  2. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and Green Peppercorn Sauce. Whisk to combine.
  3. Whisk in beef bone broth and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Keep warm for serving.
