Easy Green Peppercorn Au Jus

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Shallot, minced
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 8 oz Green Peppercorn Sauce
- 1 cup Beef Bone Broth
- 1 tbsp Fresh Italian parsley, minced
Instructions
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add oil and shallots and cook 2 minutes or until shallots are translucent.
- Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and Green Peppercorn Sauce. Whisk to combine.
- Whisk in beef bone broth and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Keep warm for serving.
