Easy Fudgy Mayo Brownies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Iodized Salt
- 1 cup Semi sweet chocolate baking chips, melted
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Walnuts Chips, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with aluminum foil.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
- Place a double boiler (a saucepan set over a pan of water) over medium heat. Add chocolate chips and stir often until chocolate is melted, about 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, mayonnaise, eggs, vanilla, and melted chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in flour mixture and walnuts until blended.
- Spread batter into prepared pan and bake on center oven rack for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted about an inch from the edge comes out clean. Do not overbake.
- Set on a wire rack to cool. To serve, cut into 16 brownies.
