Easy Fajita Seasoned Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
  • 1 Fresh garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, only leaves
  • 1/2 cup Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup White onion, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper(s), seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Fajita Spice
  • 8 oz H-E-B Tough & Easy Container

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender or small food processor and blend to a chunky texture.
  2. Pour the Vinaigrette in the Tough & Easy container, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
