Ingredients
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
- 1 Fresh garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, only leaves
- 1/2 cup Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup White onion, chopped
- 1 Jalapeño pepper(s), seeded and chopped
- 1/2 tsp Fajita Spice
- 8 oz H-E-B Tough & Easy Container
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender or small food processor and blend to a chunky texture.
- Pour the Vinaigrette in the Tough & Easy container, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
