Easy Chicken Posole

Ingredients
- 2 cups Reduced sodium beef broth
- 14.5 oz Mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 14 oz White hominy, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 Limes, cut in quarters
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a 4-6 quart pot, add all ingredients, except lime and cilantro.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with lime and cilantro.
