Easy Carne Guisada

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Salted butter
- 16 oz Fajita vegetables blend
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 lb Stew meat
- 1 tbsp All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Carne guisada seasoning
- 2 cups Beef broth
Instructions
- In a large non-stick pot or sauté pan over medium heat, add butter, fajita vegetables, salt, pepper and meat. Brown 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add flour, carne guisada seasoning and stir quickly then add beef broth.
- Simmer over low for 2.5 hours or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally to ensure it doesn't stick.
- Serve with tortillas as breakfast tacos or a quick dinner.
