- 1/2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon(s), juiced
- 1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning Spice Blend
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 8 oz H-E-B Tough & Easy Container
Instructions
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped tomato, Cajun seasoning and black pepper in a blender and puree to a smooth texture.
- Pour the dressing in the Tough & Easy container and refrigerate until ready to use.
