Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Lemon(s), juiced
  • 1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning Spice Blend
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 8 oz H-E-B Tough & Easy Container

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, chopped tomato, Cajun seasoning and black pepper in a blender and puree to a smooth texture.
  2. Pour the dressing in the Tough & Easy container and refrigerate until ready to use.
