Unsaved Easy Brisket Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fully cooked split pre-sliced brisket, trim off all fat
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinaigrette
  • 1/2 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Yellow onions, sliced, rings separated
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup Cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Salad greens

Instructions

  1. Layer the brisket, vinaigrette, tomato, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, shredded cheese and salad greens on a dinner plate.
  2. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss salad before serving.
  3. For Work Lunch: Place salad in same layers in an H-E-B Tough & Easy container and take to work. Keep refrigerated and toss before serving.
