Easy BBQ Nachos

Unsaved Easy BBQ Nachos

Ingredients

  • 12 Triscuit crackers
  • 12 oz Fully cooked shredded beef with BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Provolone cheese slices, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup Green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place 10 - 12 crackers on a microwave plate. To assemble place about a tablespoon of brisket on each cracker. Place a small slice of cheese on top of brisket about the size of the cracker itself. Repeat this process for every cracker.
  2. Place nachos into microwave on high for about 1 minute. Rotate plate and microwave for another 30 seconds or to just melt cheese.
  3. Remove and while still hot sprinkle green onions over top. Serve immediately.
