Unsaved Easy BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, pulled off bone and shredded
  • 1 1/4 cups Memphis Style Barbeque Sauce
  • 1 Pizza Crust, thawed
  • 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Red onions, thin sliced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, packed for measuring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of sauce to chicken in medium sauce pan and cook over medium heat until sauce is thick and absorbed into chicken. Set aside.
  3. Spread remaining sauce evenly within center of crust.
  4. Add chicken mixture to pizza and sprinkle with cheese and red onions.
  5. Place pizza on flat pan or place pizza directly on oven rack and cook according to package directions.
  6. Remove pizza from oven and garnish with cilantro.
