Drunken Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Sake
  • 1 tsp Less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Sriracha hot chili sauce
  • 2 cups Pineapple chunks
  • 12 Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a zip-close plastic bag, seal and shake gently to combine. Chill 30 minutes to an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, soak skewers in water 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium.
  4. Remove skewers from water.
  5. Thread shrimp and pineapple alternately on the skewers.
  6. Grill shrimp 3 to 4 minutes per side.
