Double Crunch Chili Cheese Tostada

Ingredients
- 32 oz Chicken Stock
- 1 Chili Mix
- 1 lb Mexican Blend Shredded Cheeses
- 1/2 cup Green onions, finely chopped
- 24 Red Corn Tostadas
- 12 oz Broccoli Slaw
- 6 oz Tomato paste
- 2 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 2/3 cup Salsa Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cook chili according to package quick recipe instructions using ground beef, tomato paste, chicken broth and Terlingua Chili Mix. Set aside.
- Heat oven to 400°F. On a large baking sheet set out 6 tostadas. Spread out 1/4 cup of cheese in a thin layer on each tostada.
- Top with about 1/2 cup chili and another layer of cheese. Place another tostada on top and sprinkle with more cheese.
- Repeat process with another baking sheet to make 12 tostadas. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- While tostadas are cooking mix salad dressing through slaw mixture.
- Remove tostadas from oven and top with slaw, cilantro and green onions.
