Unsaved Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 Large eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chilled
  • 2 tsp Yellow mustard
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp Sweet relish
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Halve hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Carefully scoop out yolks and place in small bowl. Reserve egg whites.
  2. Mash the yolks with mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and relish.
  3. Mound mixture into the hollow of each egg-white half and sprinkle with paprika.
