- 2 tsp Yellow mustard
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tsp Sweet relish
- 1/8 tsp Paprika

Instructions
- Halve hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Carefully scoop out yolks and place in small bowl. Reserve egg whites.
- Mash the yolks with mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and relish.
- Mound mixture into the hollow of each egg-white half and sprinkle with paprika.
