Deep Fried Pancake

Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose baking mix
- 1 1/2 cups Whole milk
- 2 tbsp Safflower oil
- 1 Large eggs
- 12 oz Jalapeño turkey sausage
Instructions
- Place baking mix, milk, oil, and egg in a large bowl. Mix together until smooth.
- Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Using a cutting board, slice cranberry sausage into 3 inch pieces and skewer them for battering.
- Heat fryer to 350ºF. Once oil is hot, dip skewered sausages into batter and fry until golden brown. Remove to a perforated pan and allow to cool. Enjoy
