Deep Fried Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All purpose baking mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp Safflower oil
  • 1 Large eggs
  • 12 oz Jalapeño turkey sausage

Instructions

  1. Place baking mix, milk, oil, and egg in a large bowl. Mix together until smooth.
  2. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Using a cutting board, slice cranberry sausage into 3 inch pieces and skewer them for battering.
  4. Heat fryer to 350ºF. Once oil is hot, dip skewered sausages into batter and fry until golden brown. Remove to a perforated pan and allow to cool. Enjoy
