Quick & easy:Dan Dan Konjac Noodles

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Dan dan Chinese noodle sauce
- 6 oz Frozen steamable broccoli florets
- 8.8 oz Konjac noodles, drained and rinsed
- 1 lb Lean ground pork
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 2 Tbsp of oil.
- Add ground pork and brown for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, drain and rinse noodles and steam broccoli according to package directions.
- Add dan dan sauce along with broccoli and noodles. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
