Unsaved Dan Dan Konjac Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Dan dan Chinese noodle sauce
  • 6 oz Frozen steamable broccoli florets
  • 8.8 oz Konjac noodles, drained and rinsed
  • 1 lb Lean ground pork

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 2 Tbsp of oil.
  2. Add ground pork and brown for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, drain and rinse noodles and steam broccoli according to package directions.
  3. Add dan dan sauce along with broccoli and noodles. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
