Curry Tuna Salad Wraps

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 12 oz White meat albacore tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup Red seedless grapes
- 1 Celery stalks, diced
- 2 tbsp Red onions, minced
- 2 tbsp Blanched slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground black pepper
- 6 oz Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 Large tomato, sliced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and curry powder. Add tuna, grapes, celery, onions, and almonds. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- To serve, place 1/2 cup of tuna mixture into center of each lettuce leaf. Add tomatoes and roll up.
