Unsaved Crunchy Bean Chalupas

Ingredients

  • 8 Yellow corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Mild chunky salsa, mild
  • 1 cup Shredded fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Large XL vine ripe tomato, chopped
  • 7.2 oz Mexican style refried beans, heated
  • 1/2 Iceberg lettuce, shredded

Instructions

  1. Heat tortillas in microwave on high 2 minutes then turn tortillas over and microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes more until crisp and crunchy.
  2. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon refried beans, followed by a handful of shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and a spoonful of salsa.
