Ingredients
- 8 Yellow corn tortillas
- 1 cup Mild chunky salsa, mild
- 1 cup Shredded fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Large XL vine ripe tomato, chopped
- 7.2 oz Mexican style refried beans, heated
- 1/2 Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- Heat tortillas in microwave on high 2 minutes then turn tortillas over and microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes more until crisp and crunchy.
- Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon refried beans, followed by a handful of shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and a spoonful of salsa.
