Crispy Oven Roasted Wings

Unsaved Crispy Oven Roasted Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Adam's reserve house all-purpose rub
  • 1 Canola oil spray
  • 2 lb Chicken wings, flats and drummets
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Double acting baking powder, or baking soda
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Add baking powder, salt and house rub. Toss well so all the wings are coated.
  2. Arrange wings on 1 to 2 parchment-lined sheet pans(don't overcrowd pans) and lightly spray with oil.
  3. Bake 20 minutes, carefully flip wings and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and sauce as desired.
  6. Using paper towels, dry wings thoroughly and place in a large bowl.
