  • 3/4 cup Fully cooked seasoned pulled pork, shredded

Instructions

  1. Set a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat, add pork and stir-fry, breaking it up into pieces as it cooks.
  2. Continue to cook until pork is crispy. Season to taste and turn off heat. Allow to cool slightly before adding to salad.
  3. While pork is cooling slightly, assemble the salad and all components in a serving bowl.
  4. Add cooled pork and salad dressing, toss to combine, and serve.
