Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Fully cooked seasoned pulled pork, shredded
- 8.8 oz Luau bbq salad kit
Instructions
- Set a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat, add pork and stir-fry, breaking it up into pieces as it cooks.
- Continue to cook until pork is crispy. Season to taste and turn off heat. Allow to cool slightly before adding to salad.
- While pork is cooling slightly, assemble the salad and all components in a serving bowl.
- Add cooled pork and salad dressing, toss to combine, and serve.
