Crispy Lemon Pepper Fish

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Fresh tilapia filet
  • 3 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Curly leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 Lemons, sliced

Instructions

  1. Coat fish with seasoning until surface is dry to the touch.
  2. Bring a large skillet to medium-high heat; add oil and heat until hot and simmering.
  3. Add fish, skin side down, and cook 5 minutes or until skin is crisp and golden. Flip and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Plate fish, garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.
