Crispy Lemon Pepper Fish

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Fresh tilapia filet
- 3 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Curly leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 Lemons, sliced
Instructions
- Coat fish with seasoning until surface is dry to the touch.
- Bring a large skillet to medium-high heat; add oil and heat until hot and simmering.
- Add fish, skin side down, and cook 5 minutes or until skin is crisp and golden. Flip and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.
- Plate fish, garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.
