Crispy Fried Cod

Ingredients
- 1 lb Alaskan cod
- 1 cup Seasoned frying flour
- 3 Large eggs
Instructions
- Heat fryer to 350°F.
- Trim cod of any bad pieces, and dust with first coat of flour. Add left over flour to a small mixing bowl for second dusting later.
- Crack eggs into a small mixing bowl and whisk until blended.
- Dip fish into eggs and coat entirely before dusting again back into flour.
- Once fish is coated, place in fryer 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown or floating. Put fish on paper towels to soak up grease. Serve and enjoy.
