Crispy Fried Cod

Unsaved Crispy Fried Cod

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Alaskan cod
  • 1 cup Seasoned frying flour
  • 3 Large eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat fryer to 350°F.
  2. Trim cod of any bad pieces, and dust with first coat of flour. Add left over flour to a small mixing bowl for second dusting later.
  3. Crack eggs into a small mixing bowl and whisk until blended.
  4. Dip fish into eggs and coat entirely before dusting again back into flour.
  5. Once fish is coated, place in fryer 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown or floating. Put fish on paper towels to soak up grease. Serve and enjoy.
