Crispy Fish Tacos

Ingredients
- 12 oz Fish fillets, battered
- 12 H-E-B Taco Shells
- 1/2 Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 White onion, chopped
- 2 cups Shredded mild cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook fish fillets according to package directions and set aside.
- Remove and carefully separate taco shells from package and place on baking sheet overlapping the edges.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Place one fish fillet in each taco shell and top with lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. Enjoy!
