Unsaved Creamy Southwest Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Super sweet corn
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub
  • 1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Southwest Dip
  • 6 oz French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an 8 X 8-inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Set aside for a few minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, house rub, and southwest dip. Spread out in prepared pan.
  3. Top with French fried onions. Bake 15 minutes covered with foil then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
