Creamy Cilantro Chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb Thin sliced chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 10.5 oz Broccoli florets
  • 8 oz Dip it Cilantro Gourmet Yogurt Dip
  • 14.1 oz Cauli rice, two packages

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with garlic powder.
  3. Add chicken to pan and cook for several minutes until well browned.
  4. Add broccoli and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Next add in labneh, reduce heat and bring to a simmer.
  6. Heat cauli rice according to package directions.
  7. To serve, divide cauli rice evenly among four bowls.
  8. Top with chicken broccoli mixture and serve.
  9. Chef's Note: Garnish with additional labneh as desired.
