Unsaved Cran Razz Pecan Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Cran Razz Sauce, drained and chopped
  • 16 oz H-E-B Cream Cheese, well softened
  • 1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Pecan Halves, pieces or crushed
  • 1/2 cup Craisins

Instructions

  1. Take a hand full of craisins and put in a bowl with pecan pieces. Set aside.
  2. Whip cream cheese and sauce with remaining craisins together. Form into a ball or log shape and freeze for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll cheese in pecans and craisins mix to cover completely. Refrigerate and serve with crackers or your favorite fruits.
