Unsaved Cracker Topped Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 30 oz Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 12 oz Velveeta Original Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 36 Round buttery crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups), divided use
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix broccoli, Velveeta, and half the cracker crumbs until well blended. Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Mix remaining cracker crumbs with butter then sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until heated through.
