  • 8 oz Cracked Peppercorn Turkey Breast
  • 1 Medium jalapeño pepper, stem removed, cut into 4 spears, seeds removed
  • 1/4 English cucumber, end trimmed, halved and cut in 3 inch long pieces
  • 1/3 cup Fresh matchstick carrots
  • 4 tbsp Fresh cilantro, stems removed, whole leaves picked

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and sweet soy glaze and whisk to combine. Lay out tortillas and spread about a tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture on each one.
  2. Divide turkey into equal amounts on top of mayonnaise mixture followed by one strip of jalapeño and two strips of cucumber down the middle. Finish with a sprinkle of carrots and cilantro.
  3. Roll each wrap up from top to bottom and cut in half if desired. Serve with extra sriracha.
