Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 300°F.
  2. Spray a 11 x 7-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Combine corn chips, cheese, jalapeño, onion, cooked sausage and eggs in prepared baking dish. Spread mixture evenly.
  4. Bake on center rack for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
