Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe mixing bowl and heat in microwave on high power for 30 seconds to soften.
  3. Add sugar to cream cheese and beat with mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  4. Quickly beat eggs, cream, and vanilla (for 30 more seconds, do not over beat).
  5. Pour batter into pie crust and bake for 35 minutes (center will jiggle).
  6. Turn off oven, open door slightly and let cheesecake cool in oven. Let cake cool in the fridge for an additional two hours or until fully set.
