Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup White onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 8.5 oz Canned corn, drained
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Season mixture with black pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
