Corn and Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable oil no-stick cooking spray
  • 12 oz Canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • 14.5 oz Canned French style green beans, drained
  • 10 oz Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp Crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour corn and green beans into prepared baking dish; stir to combine.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water and condensed soup; stir to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove aluminum foil and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly and crumbs are golden.
  8. Top with crushed red peppers.
