Cookie Crumble Apples

Ingredients

  • 4 Popsicle sticks
  • 5 oz Milk Caramels
  • 1 Wax paper
  • 12 Vanilla wafers
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, washed with stem removed

Instructions

  1. Wash apples, remove stem and dry.
  2. Insert stick into top of apple.
  3. Lay out a sheet of wax paper.
  4. Using a food processor or rolling pin to crush cookies into small crumbs. Place prepared crumbs in a bowl.
  5. Melt caramels according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each apple in caramel, and then roll the dipped apple in cookie crumbs.
  7. Lay apple on wax paper and refrigerate for roughly 2 hours.
