Ingredients
- 2 Boneless NY Strip Steak, Prime or Natural
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Adams Reserve Rub and Seasoning, Buttery House, Chimichurri, or Roasted Garlic & Herb
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high. Drizzle steaks evenly with olive oil then season each with 1 teaspoon of seasoning.
- Cook steaks for 4 minutes a side to reach a medium-rare temperature. Increase or decrease time for your desired doneness.
- If grilling, turn steaks a quarter turn every 2 minutes to get a crisscross grill pattern on each side. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
