Coconut Chutney Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Blanched slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Chutney
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 10 oz Broccoli slaw
  • 1/4 cup Diced 3 Color Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Pitted dates, rough chopped

Instructions

  1. Place almonds in a small pan over medium heat and stir constantly until nuts are toasted and fragrant. Remove from pan and reserve.
  2. In a large bowl combine coconut chutney, mayonnaise, garam masala, and salt and whisk together until blended.
  3. Add in broccoli slaw, bell peppers, dates, and almonds and toss to combine. Let sit for 30 to 45 minutes before serving.
