Classic Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 oz Dry egg noodles
- 12 oz Albacore tuna pouch, drained and flaked
- 10.8 oz Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen green peas
- 4 oz Diced pimientos, drained
- 3 oz French fried onions
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook the noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- Combine the tuna, cream of mushroom soup, peas, drained pimientos and noodles in a large mixing bowl. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Pour tuna noodle mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Hill Country Fare Real Fried Onions along the center and outside edges of the casserole.
- Cover casserole with foil and bake on center rack for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes or until the tuna mixture is bubbly and the onions are crisp.
