Classic Cuban Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 Bolillo Roll, cut in half
- 4 slices Provolone cheese, sliced
- 8 slices Applewood Smoked Ham, sliced on a 1
- 3 oz Dill pickle chips
- 1 oz Yellow Mustard
Instructions
- Place bottom half of bolillos on a griddle over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes then add 2 slices of cheese to each.
- Once cheese has started to melt slightly, add ham, pickles, mustard and top of bolillos.
- Flip sandwiches, place a heavy cast iron pan on top and heat 5 minutes or until toasty and warmed throughout.
