Classic Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 cups 2% Milk
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 4 3/4 cups Whole Kernel Corn, thawed
  • 1/3 cup Diced 3 Color Bell Peppers
  • 1/3 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 12 oz Yellow Cornbread Mix
  • 10 Hot-Pepper Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Lightly grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish and place in oven while it preheats (preheated pan prevents sticking).
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Remove preheated pan from oven, pour batter into pan and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
