Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. For microwave instructions, see Chef's Note below.
  2. Spread tortilla chips in an oven-safe pan and top with layers of beans, chicken, onions, and jalapeños.
  3. Spread cheese as evenly as possible over entire dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro and serve. If desired, add sour cream and/or salsa to enhance this dish.
  6. Chefs Notes: To microwave, use a microwave-safe dish and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
