Ingredients
- 16 oz Tortilla Chips
- 11 oz Texas Style Refried Beans
- 1/2 lb White and Dark Meat Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
- 2 Jalapeño pepper(s), diced
- 5 oz Chopped White Onion & Cilantro, separate onions from cilantro
- 12 oz Salsa Con Queso, room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. For microwave instructions, see Chef's Note below.
- Spread tortilla chips in an oven-safe pan and top with layers of beans, chicken, onions, and jalapeños.
- Spread cheese as evenly as possible over entire dish.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro and serve. If desired, add sour cream and/or salsa to enhance this dish.
- Chefs Notes: To microwave, use a microwave-safe dish and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
