Classic Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup Red onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh lemons, juiced
  • 1 cup Onion and garlic croutons
  • 1 cup Large eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 2 oz Flat Anchovies

Instructions

  1. Place the lettuce, onion, and Parmesan cheese in a large serving bowl.
  2. Right before serving, toss with salad dressing, lemon juice and croutons.
  3. Top with eggs and garnish with anchovies.
