Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Ruby red grapefruits, peeled and sectioned
- 1 Large avocado, peeled and sliced
- 5 oz Baby spinach
- 2 Red onions, sliced
- 4 Fully cooked grilled chicken breasts, cooked to package instructions and sliced
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, grapefruit and avocado in a large salad bowl, and toss gently to coat.
- Top grapefruit mixture with spinach, onions and chicken.
- Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes or more.
