Citrus-Glazed Halibut

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 2 Fresh halibut steak, cut 1-inch thick
  • 1 tbsp Canola oil
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Pulp orange juice
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tsp Fresh lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Blend flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a shallow bowl.
  2. Dust each side of halibut steaks with flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil and butter in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook halibut 5 minutes per side.
  5. Combine orange juice, Worcestershire and lemon juice then add to skillet.
  6. Raise heat to high and bring liquid to a boil.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and glazes fish.
  8. Spoon sauce over fish while cooking.
  9. Serve immediately.
