Citrus Brussels

Ingredients
- 3 cups Brussels sprouts, stem off cut in half
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 Lemon, juiced and zest
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- While oven is heating up, place Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and lemon zest into a mixing bowl and toss a few times to coat.
- Transfer Brussels mixture to a sheet pan and evenly spread out. Bake for 20 minutes, using tongs to stir every five minutes.
- Once Brussels sprouts are darkish brown, remove from oven and return to the same mixing bowl. Top with lemon juice and dill.
- Use tongs to stir around every five minutes during the cooking time.
- Serve hot.
