Citrus Brussels

Unsaved Citrus Brussels

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts, stem off cut in half
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Lemon, juiced and zest
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
  2. While oven is heating up, place Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and lemon zest into a mixing bowl and toss a few times to coat.
  3. Transfer Brussels mixture to a sheet pan and evenly spread out. Bake for 20 minutes, using tongs to stir every five minutes.
  4. Once Brussels sprouts are darkish brown, remove from oven and return to the same mixing bowl. Top with lemon juice and dill.
  5. Use tongs to stir around every five minutes during the cooking time.
  6. Serve hot.
