Citrus and Fennel Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Fresh fennel bulbs
- 2 Large navel oranges, juiced
- 2 tsp Ottavio Garlic Flavored Sunflower Oil with Herbs
- 1/2 tsp Adams Reserve Mediterranean House All Purpose Rub
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves, packed
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves, packed
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill, stems removed
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- Separate the fennel fronds from the bulb. Using a mandolin, thinly slice the fennel bulbs and place in a bowl.
- Toss the remaining ingredients in with the sliced fennel. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
