Unsaved Citrus and Fennel Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh fennel bulbs
  • 2 Large navel oranges, juiced
  • 2 tsp Ottavio Garlic Flavored Sunflower Oil with Herbs
  • 1/2 tsp Adams Reserve Mediterranean House All Purpose Rub
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh dill, stems removed
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Separate the fennel fronds from the bulb. Using a mandolin, thinly slice the fennel bulbs and place in a bowl.
  2. Toss the remaining ingredients in with the sliced fennel. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
