Cinnamon Sugar French Toast

Unsaved Cinnamon Sugar French Toast

Ingredients

  • 8 fl oz Half and half
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Cinnamon sugar, divided use
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 4 slices Brioche bread

Instructions

  1. Please a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat
  2. In a medium bowl add half and half, sugar, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk until combined.
  3. Spread remaining cinnamon sugar out on a medium-size plate
  4. Dip a slice of brioche in egg mixture, soak for about 15 seconds then flip and soak for another 15 seconds. The bread should absorb some liquid but will not be soggy
  5. Transfer soaked brioche to the preheated skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side
  6. When bread is toasted, place in the cinnamon sugar and coat each side evenly. Set French toast aside on a serving plate and repeat process with remaining bread slices
