Cinnamon Sugar French Toast

Ingredients
- 8 fl oz Half and half
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 4 tbsp Cinnamon sugar, divided use
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 Large eggs
- 4 slices Brioche bread
Instructions
- Please a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat
- In a medium bowl add half and half, sugar, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk until combined.
- Spread remaining cinnamon sugar out on a medium-size plate
- Dip a slice of brioche in egg mixture, soak for about 15 seconds then flip and soak for another 15 seconds. The bread should absorb some liquid but will not be soggy
- Transfer soaked brioche to the preheated skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side
- When bread is toasted, place in the cinnamon sugar and coat each side evenly. Set French toast aside on a serving plate and repeat process with remaining bread slices
