Cinnamon French Toast

Unsaved Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 No calorie sweetener packets
  • 4 French toast bread slices
  • 1 Butter flavor no-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix milk and eggs in a medium-size bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar substitute and set aside.
  3. Dip bread slices into the milk mixture until its absorbed.
  4. Set bread slices aside in shallow pan.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with butter flavored pan spray.
  6. Place prepared bread slices in skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. When finished, sprinkle each French toast with cinnamon sugar substitute mixture.
  8. Serve with sugar-free or lite syrup if desired.
